This project was created as a spec home for a local developer. The pool home has a generous 3862 SF of interior area with large covered patios and balconies overlooking Boca Ciega Bay waters.  We designed the interior and exterior to have a modern vibe, with clean lines and beautiful details.  The horizontal cable railings are featured on the balconies and the stairway to the upper level bedrooms. Cabinetry throughout is topped with timeless granite selections. Tray ceilings and specialty lighting effects add to the beauty of this home. Acacia wood floors and beautiful tile detailing complete this stunning home on St. Pete Beach.
